The ABC Serum Trio

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, these serums are suitable for use during pregnancy. The Pro-Peptide Serum formula does not contain any ingredients that are commonly advised against during pregnancy, such as retinoids, salicylic acid (in high concentrations), hydroquinone, or essential oils known to be contraindicated. Instead, it includes gentle, pregnancy-friendly alternatives like Bakuchiol (a plant-based retinol alternative), Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (a stable form of vitamin C), and Sodium Hyaluronate (a hydrating agent). That said, every pregnancy is unique. We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy, especially if you have specific sensitivities or concerns.

  • It depends on your skin goals - Vitamin C and niacinamide are both powerful, but they do slightly different things. Niacinamide: evens skin tone & reduces redness, faces post-acne marks and discolouration, minimises pores & regulates oil, strengthens the skin barrier, gentle and well-tolerated by most. Vitamin C: brightens dull skin, fades pigmentation & dark spots, stimulates collagen (firmer skin) and strong antioxidant protection. They are both safe and effective to use both at the same time, they actually complement each other.
