Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bloc Skincare, we’re committed to helping you love your skin - and your experience with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used or tested.
However, if your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bloccosmetics.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Sale Items & Promotions
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or promotional offers unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was incorrect or faulty. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any approved return, unless otherwise stated.
