We want to make receiving your Bloc Skincare products as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please see below for all information regarding shipping, delivery timeframes, and click & collect options.

Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.
  • For orders under $99, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery time: 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Click & Collect – Gold Coast

We offer free Click & Collect from our Bloc Warehouse:

  • Unit 10, 3 Enterprise Street, Molendinar QLD 4214
  • Opening Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Please note: Pick up is not available from The Skin Centre.

International Shipping

New Zealand

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 AUD
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $12 AUD for orders under $99
  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Rest of the World

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $20 AUD for orders under $150
  • Estimated delivery: 5–25 business days, depending on your location
  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Ireland

Duties & Taxes – International Orders

For international shipments, the purchaser is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs and vary widely between countries.
  • Unfortunately, Bloc Skincare has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.
  • For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Unclaimed, Returned or Lost Parcels

  • Unclaimed Parcels: If you fail to collect your parcel from the post office and it’s returned to us, we can reship it for a $10 AUD shipping fee.
  • Incorrect Address: If the delivery address was entered incorrectly and your parcel is returned to us, a $10 AUD fee will apply to reship it.
  • Lost Parcels: If your parcel goes missing in transit, please contact our customer service team. We’ll lodge an enquiry with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 4 business days. If your parcel cannot be located, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
