Virtual Warehouse Party - Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to anyone who sends Bloc Skincare (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Bloc", "we", "us") photos and information for the Virtual Warehouse Party, held live on Instagram (@blocskincare) at 9am AEST on Saturday 10 October 2026, whether by replying to our email or by Instagram direct message.
1. What this is
1.1 Dr Andrew Freeman and Dr Michael Freeman, Dermatologists and co-founders of Bloc, will review entries, comment on how your skin looks, note your concerns and the areas they suggest focusing on, and suggest a skincare routine using Bloc products.
1.2 This is general skincare information about cosmetic products. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a medical consultation, and no doctor-patient relationship is created.
1.3 If you have any concern about your skin or health, please see your GP or Dermatologist.
2. Who can enter
2.1 You must be 18 or over.
2.2 Your photos must be of you only. Please don't include anyone else.
2.3 Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 7 October 2026. Entries received after that time won't be included.
3. Selection
3.1 We will select a group of entries to feature on the live. Entering doesn't guarantee you'll be featured.
3.2 If your entry isn't selected, we'll aim to send you a personal skincare recommendation by email by Friday, 16 October 2026, subject to the volume of entries received.
4. What we collect and why
4.1 We collect your first name, email address or Instagram handle, your photos, confirmation that you are 18 or over and the skin concerns you describe. Some of this may be health information.
4.2 We use this information to select entries, review your skin, suggest a skincare routine and contact you about this event.
4.3 By entering, you agree to us adding your first name and email address to the Bloc mailing list so we can send you skincare news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We won't add your photos or skin information to your marketing profile.
5. Use of your photos, information and footage
5.1 By entering, you consent to us showing your photos, saying your first name and discussing the information you provide, including the Dermatologists' comments on your skin and suggested routine, on our Instagram Live.
5.2 The live will be recorded. You also consent to us using that recording, including your photos, first name and the Dermatologists' comments, in full or edited form across Bloc's social media channels (including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook), our website and our email marketing.
5.3 We won't show your surname, email address or social media handle.
5.4 You can withdraw your entry before 8am AEST on Saturday, 10 October 2026 by emailing hello@blocskincare.com. After the live, you can ask us to stop using footage of you in new content. We'll stop using it and remove it where we reasonably can, but we may not be able to remove content already shared or reposted by others.
6. Storage and deletion
6.1 Entries are kept in our email inbox and Instagram account and are accessed by our event team and the dermatologists.
6.2 We delete the original photos you send us from our systems by 31 October 2026. This doesn't apply to the recording of the live, which we keep and use as set out in clause 5. Messages sent through Instagram are also held by Meta under its own terms.
6.3 You can ask us to delete your entry at any time by emailing hello@blocskincare.com.
7. Live offer
7.1 A discount code will be shared during the live. It is valid on orders placed at blocskincare.com between 9:00am and 11:59pm AEST on Saturday, 10 October 2026.
7.2 The code can be used once per customer and can't be combined with any other offer or discount, including Build Your Own Bundle discounts. It excludes gift cards and isn't redeemable for cash.
8. General
8.1 If something outside our control prevents the event going ahead as planned, we may change its date or time or cancel it. We'll let entrants know by email.
9. Privacy
9.1 We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy (blocskincare.com/pages/privacy-policy), which explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint. For any questions, email hello@blocskincare.com.
